Reusing a device is the greenest option. What can't be reused should be recycled properly, never thrown away or burnt.
What we do with devices
Working devices are wiped, checked and refurbished so someone else can use them.Devices that can't be repaired, and old or broken gadgets bought for recycling, are handed only to recyclers authorised under the E-Waste (Management) Rules, 2022.Every device is data-wiped again before it leaves us, whatever happens to it next.What you can do
Don't put old phones, chargers or batteries in household waste. Sell them to us for reuse or recycling, or give them to an authorised collection point.Never open or puncture a swollen battery. Tell our executive — it is handled separately and safely.Questions
