These terms apply when you buy a refurbished device from Changekro on this website.
The device you buy
Every device is a used, refurbished device. For devices shown as in stock, the photos are of that exact unit. The condition grade describes how it looks.Before sale we check that it is signed out of the previous owner's accounts, wipe its data and test its main functions.Battery health at dispatch is at least 90% (Like new), 85% (Very good), 80% (Good). If it is lower when your phone arrives, tell us within 7 days and we'll fix it under warranty.Free with every phone: Charging cable (compatible), Back cover, Screen guard, SIM ejector pin. Accessories are compatible items, not the phone maker's originals, unless the page says otherwise."Sourced for you" orders
Some models are not in stock when you order. For these we arrange a device of the model, option (e.g. storage) and condition grade you chose, check it, sign it out of old accounts and wipe it before dispatch.We dispatch sourced orders within the number of days shown on the product page. The picture on these pages shows the model, not the exact device you will get.Big appliances (TVs, ACs, refrigerators and washing machines) are delivered only in the cities where we operate, by our own team. Installation is not included.If we can't arrange a matching device in time, we will contact you and cancel the order. Any payment is refunded in full to the same payment method.Price and payment
Prices include all taxes. The total, including any delivery charge, is shown before you pay.You can pay online (UPI, cards, net banking) through our payment partner, or choose cash on delivery where it is offered (orders up to ₹30,000).For online payment we hold the device for 30 minutes. If payment isn't completed in that time the order is cancelled and nothing is charged.Exchange (trade in your old phone)
Where we pick up, you can trade in your old phone when you buy. The price you got for it on our website comes off your order.Our executive collects and checks the old phone first. If it isn't as you described, its value is updated the same way as a normal sale, and you're told the new balance before your order ships. You can then continue or cancel.With an exchange you pay the balance in cash on delivery. The old phone becomes Changekro's once collected, and you get a bill of sale for it.Discounts
When a discount for paying online is offered, it is shown at checkout and on your invoice. It doesn't apply to exchange orders.Delivery
We deliver across India by courier. Usually delivered in 3–7 working days. You'll get the courier name and tracking number on your order page.Please check that the box is sealed when it arrives. If it looks opened or damaged, note it with the courier and contact us straight away.Cancelling an order
You can cancel on your order page until we confirm your order. After that, please call or WhatsApp us. If you paid online, the full amount is refunded to the same payment method, usually within 5–7 working days.We may cancel an order if the device fails a final check before shipping, or if we can't deliver to your pincode. You will get a full refund.Warranty (12 months)
Changekro gives a 12-month warranty from the delivery date against faults in how the device works (for example: it doesn't switch on, the screen, touch, cameras, speakers, microphone, charging or network stop working, or an appliance stops cooling, washing or showing a picture) that were not caused by use or damage.We will repair the device, or replace it with one of the same or better grade if repair isn't possible. If neither is possible, we refund the price you paid.Not covered: physical or liquid damage, cracked glass, damage from unauthorised repair or rooting, normal battery wear, cosmetic marks, accessories, and loss or theft.To claim, open your order page (or the Warranty page) and describe the problem, or WhatsApp us on +91 9992225412 with your order ID. We arrange the pickup; keep your invoice. Replacement (7 days)
If the device is faulty or not as described, ask for a replacement on your order page within 7 days of delivery.We collect it, check it, and send you the same model in the same or a better grade. If we don't have one, we refund the price you paid.The device must come back as delivered: not physically or liquid damaged, signed out of your accounts, with the box and accessories we sent.Changing your mind, or damage after delivery, is not covered by replacement. After the replacement window, faults are handled under the warranty.Assured buyback
You can sell a device you bought from us back to us, from your order page, for at least this share of the item price you paid: 70% within 3 months, 60% within 6 months, 50% within 12 months of delivery. If our normal price that day is higher, you get the higher price.It applies only to the same device (we match the IMEI or serial number at pickup), in working order: it switches on, the touch works and the screen isn't cracked. Otherwise our normal price applies.The sale works like any other sale to Changekro: free pickup in the cities where we operate, a check at your door, and payment before you hand it over. Delivery charges and discounts are not included in the price paid.Other
